Eyelash Cycle
It is important to understand the part of the body we are working with.
The eyelash cycle can take up to 12 weeks to complete.
Phase 1 is the Anagen phase. The hair is in its youngest phase for up to 8 weeks before it matures to the next phase.
Phase 2 is known as the Catagen phase. The hair is longer and stronger than phase 1, however is still fragile and is still growing. It can take up to 8 weeks for this phase to complete.
Phase 3 is the final resting phase, known as the Telogen phase. This phase is ideal for applying extensions with an adhesive.
***Important- It is important to note that this 12 week cycle is already preset and does not reset if pulled out prematurely. Each hair needs to complete each phase before it can regrow.
